Kyle F. Tripp; Founder & Principal

An engineer by trade, Kyle is an accomplished Senior System Designer and an Industry leader. He served as President of the IFDA New England chapter in 2022 and is currently VP of Communications. Fueled by technical expertise salved with an active creative side, Kyle turned the Collaborative Integration dream into reality with a supportive local and global community. He has proven the adage Be the change you want to see in the world.

A student of Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), he is passionate in the mind/body connection and believes we are all capable of conquering our fears, anxieties and trauma to achieve any goals. Fit Mental health is the 🔑 to collaboration.

Kyle is a mixing engineer and completed a 14 song concept album with his musical partner in 2025, loves photography (see photos on this website), Hi-Fi audio, and problem solving.
