Our qualified team of professionals work through the project installation phases to complete the dream we created as designed.
Installation comes in the form of physical hardware and programming (off-site) and download and test of programming (on-site).
The stages of our work mirrors the Building Industry: Rough, Trim, Finish, Setup, Configuration, and Programming. This work can also take years as the house is built in the case of new construction.
A common misperception in this industry is software programming. We install the latest stable operating system that has been vetted, and fully test the system inside and out prior to leaving the site for the final time. Unlike a smartphone, once the system is programmed it will not require updates unless new functionality is desired. Finally, we require a tutorial with the homeowner to demonstrate usage of the system on their personal devices.

We support the projects we design and install. Our bare minimum racking and power plans ensure the hardware components received the proper clean power and site conditions, such that equipment lasts as long as it was designed.
Any electronics system can have issues, we do not pretend otherwise. We deploy remote monitoring of crucial electronics to assist in off-site maintenance and support. This cuts down on over 90% of service calls.
The homeowner may never know of downtime as we are able to resolve issues often in the middle of the night.
Our Maintenance packages address annual on-premise systems review to address physical maintenance. We also have VIP emergency services at the highest tier.
